Reckless Haste
Reckless Haste
Energy Cost: 10
Activation Time: 2
Recharge Time: 25
For 5...17 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes are Hexed with Reckless Haste. While Hexed, they attack 25% faster, but have a 15...43% chance to miss with attacks.
Is this too perfect for SS/SV or what? Your monk takes less damage and SS deals a lot more! Good bye wildcard slot, Reckless Haste meet your new home!
Current Skill Bar
Arcane Echo
Spiteful Sprit
Sympathetic Visage
Desecrate Enchantments
Reckless Haste
Suffering
Blood Ritual
Res Signet
So what do you guys think? RH seems like a match made in heaven to SS.

Heh, I noticed this during the FPE. Reckless Haste + Price of Failure is fun too. Combine with SS and you have an incredible amount of damage dealing.
Works well with FoC too!

Yeah after the MM nerf, all us necros are on our toes. I'm loving reckless haste, just today in Team Arenas I used RH+Price of Failure+FoC on an attacking warrior, oh my. Kept swinging away.

Oh yeah, when I first laid eyes on this skill Spiteful Spirit Turbo Power GO!!!! was the FIRST thought I had Obviously Spiteful Spirit isn't powerful enough yet I think Price of Failure would go with it rather nicely and oh... Spirit of Failure for unlimited energy anyone? (gotta be N/Me of course! ) I wonder how that would work on a Frenzy warrior... ^^
edit: looks like Unchain already tested that out on a warrior - evil

Oh indeed it was. And lol, he was a Frenzy Hammer warrior! Dead almost instantly, and I took literally no damage.

Just buy it from the first skill trainer you find in Cantha. The days of questing for skills seem to be over as far as Factions is concerned.

I think the star of the show in Cantha as far as Necros are concerned is the Death Magic line.
I remember running the new Reckless Haste with SS in FPE, and it's really unnecessary, as if they're still attacking with SS on them they and their team are pretty much as good as dead. RH was designed for use independent of SS, I'm guessing.

The point here is not only will RH be a huge buff for SS increasing attack speed, but also will be a great evasion skill, for example, a 55 monk in the UW taking less damage.

I dunno if this is true. RH is absolutely brutal with SS. Unless you are talking strictly PVP in which case you have a point. But in places like UW or FoW when the AI will just keep attacking no matter what this is absolutely devistating... they miss half their attacks and they take more dmg? Come on... thats just too too good!!
Im really glad I invested that 45k in Villnars Claw and Glove. Cause I really have a feeling that its just going to skyrocket. And if not I dont really care cause mine are well loved
That being said, the death magic line did get some nice things too. Honestly I think everything in Necro got a nice buff. People are complaining about the nerf to MM... everywhere I go I see "looking for MM for... X.." So obviously people don't think its too bad and there is still a big demand for it.

I've been using this in RA against warriors and assassins with great success...
RH + PoF = 75% to miss w/ attacks. Add in enfeebling touch and SS for almost zero damage to you and massive damage to your attacker.
Of course having a competent monk on your team helps.

I can't find this skill for purchase in Cantha... Now to be fair, I've only checked in the Monastery, Marketplace, and the initial landinf spot from Tyria.. So which skill trainer has it for sale? Thanks!
